  1935 Young Adult Ministry

The average young adult doesn't care about complex realities and deep issues. Most of them are just trying to get through their week. We are all on a journey. Life is full of responsibilities. You have family commitments, school, friends that you never hang out with, work and on top of all that you still have to make it out of bed Sunday morning’s and get to church. We are an inviting Christ centered community of believers that seek to be real, relevant and relational for today.

  • Real ۰We are tired of being superficial.  We will strive to be authentic and genuine.

  • Relevant ۰We want to be current and provide today's resources, not outdated material. 
    We strive for personal and spiritual growth without compromising scripture.

  • Relational ۰We need to love others unconditionally. We will strive for a welcoming environment and accept everyone for who they are through authentic relationships.

Our goal is to offer a supportive community of learning through evangelism & discipleship by building relationships through all of our individual struggles.   

Ask 50 people on the street what they think about Jesus, and you’ll likely get 50 different answers. A few might say He never existed, while others might think He was just a good teacher. Some might say He is God’s Son or the Savior. If you were asked to describe Jesus, what would you say? What names or images would you use?

1935 Young Adult Ministries is introducing "Life Matters", a new interactive Bible study that will speak to you in ways you’ll understand through relevant study and discussion of God’s word, weekly blogs and in class discussions. If you are in your twenties or you still hold onto your twenties, this study is for you! Join us in the Young Adult Room (2nd floor) Sunday mornings at 10:15am. Any Questions contact Rev.
